The completion report is the responsibility of the detachment leader and documents the work done for future reference or action. It should be frank and realistic, and should clearly and accurately describe the results of the task and the condition of the facilities upon completion. It will be a historical and practical document that will serve a useful purpose for planning future similar projects or modifications to this task.
